My name is Emmanuella Brigidi Michael, and I’m writing this with a heavy heart.

I am currently homeless in Ibadan, Oyo State. I’ve been doing everything I can to survive with dignity, and I refuse to compromise my faith or values. As a believer, I will not turn to prostitution — even though life has pushed me to my lowest point.

I’ve found a small job to start rebuilding, but I have no roof over my head. I can’t even begin this job because I have nowhere to stay. I’ve been surviving on prayers, mercy, and a strong will not to give up.

I am owing ₦350,000 in rent for the place I’ve stayed, and I now need to move my belongings and start fresh. I’ve found a room and parlor self-contained apartment, but I need support to settle in.
